Big Maths Beat That!

'Big Maths' Beat That! allows teachers to input their pupils CLIC and Learn Its test scores through a simple user interface. These results can then be viewed, graphed and collated to create reports showing individual, class or whole school progress. Question data can be entered which allows for reports to be created showing common strengths and weaknesses within the whole school or by class.

Line graphs are created for each child and these can be viewed individually, by class or for the whole school, any number of children can be selected with their data being overlaid on a single graph for comparison. All of this data can be shared, exported or saved to be used throughout school.

Report results can also be graphed to give a visual representation of which questions have been answered most or least successfully. Digital copies of all tests and answers are included in PDF format as well as APP links for each question which are available while inputting scores or in PDF format.

This software will run over a network, however, it was not specifically designed to do so. Only one user at a time may access the software when installed over a network to avoid data loss. We can not guarantee that the software will function over your specific network setup.

NOTE: This software uses a SQL CE 3.5 .sdf database to function. If you have other SQL server products running over your server there may be compatibility issues and this software would not be suitable for installation on your server

UPDATE: An error has been identified when entering Learn Its test scores meaning that once around 60 scores have been entered, the program will crash when another Learn Its score is added. To fix this issue download the file below. Unzip the file and click on setup and follow the installation. Then, run the program and select the location of your 'Big Maths' Beat That database (this is in the folder where the program was installed, usually Program Files > 'Big Maths' Beat That > BigMathsDB.sdf). Finally, click update. This will update the error in the database and delete all Learn Its Scores. It will NOT delete any other data. The update program can then be uninstalled. It is recommended that you use the Back Up database feature to make a copy of your data before attempting this update.

'Big Maths' Beat That Scores Editor: This program will allow already entered scores to be edited or removed. Unzip the file and click setup and follow the instructions. A text file is provided with instructions on using the program.
