Tracey Sharkey

'Big Writing' Consultant

Tracey has worked in education for eighteen years, of which fourteen years have been in senior management and independent consultancy. As Acting Headteacher of three years, Tracey led her school through a very successful Ofsted and gained very good and excellent grades for her teaching. Of her leadership Ofsted stated, 'The acting head teacher provides strong leadership and clear educational direction for the work of the school.'

Tracey is a highly experienced consultant who also works as an external adviser for headteachers' performance management, as an NCSL consultant as an NPQH tutor and assessor, a facilitator for Leading from the Middle, Leadership Pathways, Early Headship Provision (EHP) and Certificate of Business Management (CSBM). She is also a former Ofsted team inspector.

It was through her work in supporting and appraising headteachers that Tracey came to 'Big Writing'. She has become a powerful advocate in delivering the course for Andrell Education and is a confident, articulate and witty presenter.
