Michelle Wraith

'Big Writing' Consultant

Michelle has sixteen years' experience in education, ten years of which were at Senior Management level, and has been consistently graded very good or excellent as a teacher during three Ofsted inspections. She is very experienced across all phases of primary education and also in working with pupils with English as an additional language and with pupils with special educational needs.

Michelle worked for two years with the LEA as a Literacy and Teaching and Learning Consultant. She has also co-developed and delivered conferences on addressing underachievement of boys. She has wide experience as a 'Big Writing' teacher and Consultant, and schools she has supported have made amazing progress. In one school where Michelle delivered the six lessons for immediate impact to Year 6 pupils in the Spring Term results in writing rose by over thirty percent and one pupil moved seven sub-levels within one term.

A lively and humorous trainer, Michelle regularly receives excellent evaluations that often include the word 'inspirational'.

Michelle is now a consultant for Andrell Education Limited. She is available to run courses, conferences, INSET for schools and to provide support for teachers and teaching assistants. Michelle is qualified and has the relevant experience to enable her to provide consultancy in the following areas:
