An inspiring presenter, Agnes has 36 years experience in Education and provides our literacy training for Scotland
From 2002 to 2005, Agnes was employed as Quality Improvement Officer, having responsibility for English Language from Primary 1 to Secondary 6 with West Dunbartonshire Council. This involved monitoring and developing practice across all phases of education. It was during this role that she first met Ros Wilson. Agnes subsequently co-delivered 'Raising Standards in Writing' with Ros, providing professional development in the approach for every teacher in West Dunbartonshire. She then led the development of the Scottish Scales for assessment, working with the talented West Dunbartonshire Assessment Team of both primary and secondary teachers.
